Stainless Steel High-Pressure Actuator
The actuator load was improved from 3,500 N to 5,000 N—approximately 40%.* Since a strong constant shutoff force is on the seat, it has superior sealing performance. Because it is smaller and lighter, it is easier to place and remove the cylinder, allowing for smooth installation. The oil-free structure means it can be used safely in a variety of environments.

Features
- Equipped with a high-thrust actuator. The actuator thrust was given a major improvement, from the 3,500 N of existing models to 5,000 N.
- The actuator is extremely small and light compared to existing products. This means that placement, removal, and installation of the cylinderr is easier.
- The body is SUS316L stainless steel.
- The strong constant shutoff force on the seat means superior seal performance.
- Ensures the high flow required of liquefied gas valves.
- It can be used without worry because the structure of the actuator is oil-free. (Consult us for types with a slow start function.)
- Compatible with a variety of fluids: special material gases for semiconductors and liquid crystals such as phosphine and arsine; high-purity, high-pressure gases such as high-purity helium and high-purity chlorine; and liquefied gases such as ammonia.
- Types that allow installation of an orifice inside the outlet are available.
