Reliably controls the supplying of hydrogen gas.
An in-tank solenoid valve compatible with 35 MPa of pressure
ISVA-H501
In-Tank Solenoid Valve for 35 MPa Hydrogen Fuel Cells
An in-tank solenoid valve for hydrogen fuel cells that can be installed in high-pressure hydrogen cylinders with pressures of up to 43.8 MPa. The seal mechanism has a track record in FCVs, and the valve maintains superior airtightness even in low-temperature environments. It is equipped with a pressure relief device and a pressure relief valve to safely release the gas inside the cylinder in an emergency. A bolt-on regulator can be installed.
- [Functions]
It can be installed in high-pressure hydrogen cylinders that store at pressures of up to 43.8 MPa. It controls the filling of cylinders with hydrogen gas and the supplying of hydrogen gas to fuel cells. Its safety feature automatically measures the temperature of the gas in the tank and safely releases the gas inside in an emergency.
Features
- The seal mechanism used has a track record in FCVs and maintains superior airtightness even in low-temperature environments.
- Can automatically measure the temperature inside the cylinder when filling and supplying.
- Smaller and lighter because of smart design technology and analysis.
- Equipped with a pressure relief device to release the hydrogen gas inside safely in emergencies such as fires.
- Can be used safely without worry due to its stable operation and high durability.
