OSVA-H70
On-Tank Solenoid Valve for 70 MPa Hydrogen Fuel Cells
An on-tank solenoid valve for hydrogen fuel cells that can be installed on high-pressure hydrogen cylinders with pressures of up to 87.5 MPa. Our original design has made the inlet and outlet path the same, and the solenoid is pilot-operated. It operates reliably from low pressures to high pressures. The seal mechanism has a track record in FCVs, and the valve maintains superior airtightness even in low-temperature environments and is reliable in controlling hydrogen supply.
The OSVA-H70 conforms to Global Technical Regulation No. 13.
- [Functions]
The valve can be installed on high-pressure hydrogen cylinders that store at pressures of up to 87.5 MPa. It controls the filling of cylinders with hydrogen gas and the supplying of hydrogen gas to fuel cells. Its safety feature measures the temperature of the gas inside the cylinders and safely releases the gas inside in an emergency.
Features
- The seal mechanism used has a track record in FCVs and maintains high airtightness in low-temperature environments.
- Check valve and shut-off valve functions were integrated to achieve a common path for the inlet and outlet.
- The solenoid is pilot-operated, which means that reliable operation is possible even at high pressure differences.
- Can be used safely without worry due to its stable operation and high durability.
- The temperature of the gas inside the cylinders can be measured when filling and supplying. (Consult us specifically for NTC thermistor specifications.)
- Equipped with a pressure relief device to release hydrogen gas safely in emergencies such as fires.
- Smaller and lighter because of smart design technology and analysis.
- Conforms to Global Technical Regulation No. 13.
